Q: How long is the rental for? A: Our rentals are typically three hours, however we are more than happy to accommodate any special requests. |

Q: Do you rent anything other than Bouncy Castles A: Currently we only rent bounce units, we do not have slides, obstacle courses or themed inflatables. If you are interested in any of the above, let us know. We are driven by the wants and needs of our customers. |

Q: Could the Bounce house be setup on Rocks, Dirt, Cement, or asphalt ? A: Just let us know before hand what type of surface you have and we will provide special tarps for different situations. Grass is preferable. |

A: We do not require a deposit all we need to keep your reservation is your name, address, telephone number, and time of delivery. Should you wish to pay in advance using our online secure website, you will receive an automatic 10% discount should you book 1 month or more in advance.

Q: The party was cancelled, what is your refund policy? A: 100% of your money back anytime up to the time of the party. If you paid in advance and saved 10%, you get all of your money back. If you are paying on party day, you simply don't pay. |

A: When there is rain possible we call the customer the morning of the delivery and let the customer decide if they want the bounce house or not. There is no penalty for cancellation.

Q: When do we pay for the Rental? A: There are 2 options. |

Q: How much time does it take to setup the jumping balloon? A: From the time we arrive, to the time the bouncer is ready for use is approximately 15 - 20 minutes. |

Q: What type of power do we need? A: The Blower for the Bouncy houses, use 2 regular 110V outlet. Each draw 12 Amps. 2 outlets from 2 SEPARATE CIRCUITS are required |

Q: How much Space do we need for the Bouncy? A: The 15 Foot round requires a space 20x20, the 25 foot round requires a space 40x40 |

Q: How far in advance should I reserve the bounce house? A: The sooner the better, to assure the availability of the jumper you want. We also accept last minute orders.June and September are our busiest months, if you are looking for these months especially, please book early to avoid disappointment. |

Q: Can adults use the moonwalks, bouncers? A: Unfortunately the bounce houses we carry are not designed for adults. |

Q: Can we keep the bouncer for the next day? A: It is our policy to not allow overnight rentals, however, please contact us to discuss your specific needs. |

Q: Do I need a power generator for the Bounce house? A: The generator is only for locations that do not have a outlet available if the equipment will be used at your home we will use the outlet there. |

Q: How many children can go into the jumper at one time? A: It all depends on the age and size of the children. Compatible age groups should jump together older children should not jump with younger children. |
